Juvenaire was incorporated in October of 1991 by its founder and CEO Steve Thornton - Smith. Since then it has grown to be a favoured service provider in the restoration industry. In the beginning, Juvenaire specialised in the field of cleaning and sanitation of commercial air conditioning systems, mould remediation of air conditioning systems and air quality testing, throughout the state of Queensland. Over the years the business has expanded and become a leader in the restoration of fire and water damage, mould remediation and asbestos removal and biohazard and hazmat services. These compliment the services already provided by Juvenaire.

Juvenaire has established itself as being one of Queensland’s Premier Disaster Recovery, Restoration and Content Management Specialists and has grown to become a medium size business providing full turnkey cleaning and restoration services in-house.

The key to our expansion and continued success has been through the implementation of a very experienced management team with a clear vision of employing qualified staff on a long term basis. This success has been coupled with the introduction of key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the business which are monitored on a regular basis to ensure we meet the needs of our industry to the highest standard.
