Juvenaire was incorporated in October of 1991 by its founder and CEO Steve Thornton - Smith. Since then it has grown to be a preferred service provider in the restoration industry. In the beginning, Juvenaire specialised in the field of cleaning and sanitation of commercial air conditioning systems, mould remediation of air conditioning systems and air quality testing, throughout the state of Queensland. Over the years the business has expanded to become a leader in the restoration of fire and water damage. Additionally, Juvenaire has also expanded its services to include mould and asbestos removal to complement the other services already provided by Juvenaire.
Juvenaire has established itself as being one of Queensland’s Premier Disaster Recovery and Restoration Management Specialist and has grown to become a medium size business providing full turnkey cleaning and restoration services in-house.
The key to our expansion and continued success has been through the implementation of a very experienced management team with a clear vision of employing qualified staff on a long term basis. This success has been coupled with the introduction of key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the business which are monitored on a regular basis to ensure we meet the needs of our industry to the highest standard.
From first contact to the completion of the job, Juvenaire manages the process 24/7. Our business deals with people who are experiencing a stressful situation and our personal approach is valued by all those involved.
Expansion into new premises in Archerfield with state of the art security systems has allowed Juvenaire to substantially improve and lead the industry for contents processing, cleaning and in-house storage for the insured’s contents.
Juvenaire has the capacity to handle large volumes of work across a broad range of services at the same time meeting all our key performance indicators for maintaining and providing quality outcomes for the insured and insurers, at the same time meeting all the necessary legal requirements for safety and environment.
